All Items: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect.
Non-Defective Items: You may return non-defective items for an exchange or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
For hygiene reasons and/or due to their nature, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
List exceptions, e.g., Lingerie, Swimwear, Hosiery, Earrings (for pierced ears), Beauty products that have been opened/used.
Return/Exchange Process:

Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.
Refunds:
